These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XTV’s Streaming Service, which provides access to live TV channels, video-on-demand (VoD) content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. XTV reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
Be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate and truthful information during account registration.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration and Security

Notify XTV immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
XTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or unauthorized activities.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Share your account credentials with others.
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the Service without authorization.
Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the Service’s operation.

XTV reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of this section.
Subscription and Billing
XTV operates on a subscription model with various plans available. By subscribing, you agree to:
Provide accurate payment information.
Authorize XTV to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Refunds: If you are a new client and subscribe to a 1-month service using the coupon “Welcome75” during signup, you are eligible for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with our service. However, cancellation must be executed before the 7-day refund period expires.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription unless required by law.
Auto-Renewal of Services: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. By subscribing, you authorize XTV to process automatic payments for the renewal using your registered payment method. You may disable auto-renewal through your account settings at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the renewal of your subscription. Any content or services associated with the subscription will remain accessible during the renewed period.
XTV reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.
Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service, including TV channels, movies, shows, and associated materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute content without express permission.
Use XTV’s trademarks, logos, or branding without prior consent.
You retain ownership of any user-generated content you submit, but grant XTV a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to submit comments, reviews, or other content through the Service. By submitting content, you grant XTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you must not post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
XTV reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
