Preamble

At XGlobal Holdings LLC, we believe in the power of partnership and progress. This Constitution sets the foundation for how we engage with our global network of Affiliates - ethically, transparently, and in full alignment with internationally recognized human rights. Our I"Live Your Dream" Program is designed to reward performance, celebrate diversity, and provide consistent support - all enforced by our Senior Management (SM) team.

Article 1: Name and Purpose

  • Name: XGlobal Holdings LLC | Constitution & Code of Ethics

  • Purpose: To provide an equitable, rewarding, and transparent program that supports XGlobal Holdings LLC's mission of delivering premium entertainment and digital services worldwide.

Article 2: Our Core Values

  1. Integrity – We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.

  2. Transparency – Clear policies. Honest communication. No hidden terms.

  3. Inclusivity – Opportunities for all, regardless of background or status.

  4. Accountability – Leadership and affiliates are held to the same standards.

  5. Respect for Human Rights – We protect dignity, freedom, and equality in all interactions.

Article 3: Rights of Affiliates

All Affiliates are entitled to:

  • Equal Opportunity Access – No discrimination based on race, gender, age, identity, or origin.

  • Fair Earnings – Commissions are tracked accurately and paid punctually.

  • Reliable Support – Direct access to knowledgeable support at knowledgebase.

  • Privacy Protection – All data is handled according to strict privacy and security standards.

  • Freedom of Expression – Concerns and suggestions may be raised respectfully, without fear.

Article 4: Responsibilities of Affiliatess

As a trusted representative of the XGlobal Holdings brand, each affiliate agrees to:

  • Promote products and services truthfully, using ethical marketing practices.

  • Avoid spam, scams, or illegal advertising methods.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and marketing tools.

  • Abide by the terms set out at in this Agreement.

  • Report violations or suspicious activity to XGlobal Holdings Support or SM immediately.

Article 5: Governance & Enforcement

  • Governance Team: The Senior Management (SM) team will oversee compliance and ethics.

  • Dispute Handling:

    • Complaints or disputes must be submitted via the official ticketing system.

    • Investigations will be fair, confidential, and resolved within five (5) working days.

  • Disciplinary Action:

    • First Offense: Formal written warning.

    • Second Offense: Temporary suspension (up to 30 days).

    • Third Offense or Severe Violation: Termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

    • All outcomes will be documented and made available to the affected affiliate.

Article 6: Amendments & Updates

  • Any affiliate or SM member may propose changes to this Constitution.

  • Proposed amendments will be reviewed and ratified by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the SM team.

  • Affiliatess will be notified of updates via email within 7 days of change.

Article 7: Final Clauses

  • Effective Date: 20 August 2024

  • Legal Jurisdiction: This Constitution is governed by the corporate laws of XGlobal Holdings LLC's registered jurisdiction and conforms to international human rights principles.

  • Termination of Agreement:

    • Affiliates may resign with a 14-day written notice.

    • Final eligible commissions will be paid in the next monthly cycle per program rules.
