Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you may participate in the XTV Affiliate Program to earn commissions by promoting XTV’s streaming services.

Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Participation:

By joining the XTV Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Agreement and any additional policies or guidelines provided by XTV.

2. Commission Structure:

You will earn commissions on all gross sales generated through your unique referral link.

3. Gross Sales:

Commissions will be calculated as a percentage of the total gross sale for each transaction, before any deductions are applied. “Gross sale” means the full amount the referred customer pays, excluding any taxes, shipping fees, discounts, or refunds.

Don’t worry about any extra costs – XTV covers all that as our way of saying thanks for your valuable contribution!

4. Lifetime Commissions:

As long as the referred customer remains an active client of XTV, you will continue to receive commissions on their gross sales for the lifetime of their account. This means you will earn commissions for as long as the customer remains subscribed to XTV’s services. 5. Commission Rates:

The following commission rates apply based on the subscription plan purchased by the referred customer:

1-Month Plan: 20% commission

3-Month Plan: 20% commission

6-Month Plan: 18% commission

12-Month Plan: 16% commission

6. Coupon Codes:

If a referred customer uses a coupon code during checkout, your commission may be adjusted. The specific reduction will be detailed in the coupon code’s terms and conditions.

7. Payment Threshold:

You must accumulate a minimum of $50 in commissions before a payment is processed. Any commissions below this threshold will carry over to the next payment cycle.

8. Payout Schedule:

Commissions shall be disbursed upon the affiliate’s request or automatically on the 25th day of each month. All payouts will be processed through Mercury Bank and deposited into the designated affiliate bank account.

9. Commission Tracking:

All commissions are tracked using XTV’s affiliate tracking system. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are placed and functioning correctly.

10. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

Violates any laws or regulations.

Uses misleading or deceptive practices to promote XTV’s services.

Involves unauthorized or improper methods to generate traffic or sales.

11. Termination:

XTV reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. If termination is due to a violation of this Agreement, you will forfeit any pending commissions.

12. Modifications to the Agreement:

XTV may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued participation in the affiliate program after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Limitation of Liability:

XTV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits or errors in the affiliate tracking system.

14. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your participation in the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
