This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the rules for joining the XTV Affiliate Program. By participating, you can earn commissions by promoting XTV’s streaming services.

Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Participation:

When you join the XTV Affiliate Program, you agree to follow this Agreement and any other rules or guidelines XTV provides.

2. Commission Structure:

You will earn commissions on all sales made through your unique referral link.

3. Netto Sales:

Your commission is based on the netto sale amount for each transaction. Netto sale means the total the customer pays after taxes, shipping, discounts, or refunds are included.

Don’t worry about extra costs—XTV covers those as a thank you for your help!

4. Lifetime Commissions:

You will keep earning commissions for as long as the customer stays active with XTV. Even if something happens to you, commissions will follow the instructions in your will or estate plan.

5. Commission Rates:

You earn different commission rates depending on the plan your referred customer buys:

All-in-One Streaming Services: 20% commission

XConnect Solutions: 5% commission

XHost Solutions: 5% commission

XVendor Hub: 10% commission

6. Coupon Codes:

If a customer uses a coupon code, your commission might be lower. The exact amount depends on the coupon’s terms.

7. Payout Threshold:

You need to earn at least $5 in commissions before we send a payout. If you earn less, it will roll over to the next payout.

8. Payout Schedule:

Payments are made either when you request them or automatically on the 25th of each month. All payouts go through Mercury Bank into your chosen bank account.

9. Commission Tracking:

We track your commissions using XTV’s system. Make sure your affiliate links are set up and working correctly.

10. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

Break any laws or rules.

Use misleading or dishonest methods to promote XTV.

Use unauthorized or improper ways to get traffic or sales.

11. Termination:

XTV can end your participation at any time, with or without reason. If it’s because of a rule break, you will lose any unpaid commissions.

12. Changes to the Agreement:

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you, and if you keep participating, it means you accept the new terms.

13. Limitation of Liability:

XTV is not responsible for indirect or accidental damages related to your participation, including lost profits or tracking errors.

14. Governing Law:

This agreement follows the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Delaware courts.
