To use the XTV services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and honest information when registering your account.
  • Follow all applicable local, U.S., Delaware, and international laws.

By using XTV, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you need to create an XTV account by providing your name, email, and password. You are responsible for keeping your account details private and secure. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized access or security issues with your account.
XTV may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or engage in unauthorized activity.

Use of the Service

You agree to use XTV services only for personal and legal purposes. You may not:

• • Share your account or login details with others.
  • Copy, share, or show XTV content publicly without our permission.
  • Try to bypass security features or disrupt our service.
  • Use XTV for illegal purposes.

XTV may restrict or end your access if you break these rules.

Subscription and Billing

XTV offers subscriptions for services such as

• • • All-in-One IPTV Streaming Services,
    • XConnect Internet Services,
    • XHost Hosting Solutions, and
    • XVendor eCommerce Tools.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• • Provide correct payment information.
  • Allow XTV to charge your payment method for ongoing fees.

Refunds: If you are a new customer and sign up for a Set-&-Forget 1-month plan using the “Welcome75” coupon, you may request a full refund if you cancel within 7 days.

Cancellations: You must give at least 30 days’ notice before canceling your subscription. The cancellation button is available in the XTV Client Portal as required by law. No refunds are given for unused service periods unless required by law.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. XTV will charge the registered payment method unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings.
XTV may change subscription prices with advance notice.

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

XTV content, including channels, shows, and tools, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• • Copy, change, or share our content without permission.
  • Use XTV branding or logos without written consent.
  • You keep ownership of content you submit, but allow XTV to use, display, and share it as needed for the service, without extra payment to you.

User-Generated Content

If you post comments, reviews, or other content, you allow XTV to use it globally at no cost. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything illegal or harmful. XTV can remove content that breaks these rules.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your personal data. By using XTV, you agree to our privacy practices.

Third-Party Links and Services

XTV may link to other websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

Termination of Service

XTV can suspend or stop your access at any time if you break these terms. You must stop using the service immediately if terminated.

Limitation of Liability

As much as the law allows, XTV is not responsible for:

• • Indirect or unexpected damages.
  • Loss of data, income, or use of the service.

The service is provided “as is” without guarantees. We do not promise the service will always work perfectly or without interruptions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms follow the laws of Delaware, USA. Any legal matters will be handled only by courts in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will post updates on our website. Using XTV after changes means you accept the new terms.
